Melissa did lose weight, though, and it was a great accomplishment. She completed a three-month weight loss journey that consisted of lots of walks, running and dancing. She also did some bodybuilding and even had the guts to sign up for some more extreme forms of bodybuilding like beach body.

When Melissa finished her journey, she felt very happy that she had worked out so hard and even accomplished so much. But, even with the many successes in her quest to lose weight, she still wasn't satisfied. She wanted to do more and was curious about the different ways that she could accomplish more while she kept on doing what she always had done: eat, sleep and repeat. She also now weighs more than she did before the Gilmore girls' weight loss surgery. She now has a great figure and is very happy with the new and improved way that she looks.

While her weight loss journey is ongoing, Melissa is also doing her part in keeping America healthy by eating the right foods and doing the exercise that she needs to keep fit. She enjoys being active and has managed to keep off the pounds while enjoying some fun and healthy activities along the way. Her goal now is to learn more about nutrition and what healthy fats and carbohydrates can do for you, whether it be in losing weight or bulking up.
