Melissa McCarthy is an actress, singer, and dancer best known for her work on the television series, "The Sopranos." She is also famous for her roles in "Amelia" and "Raising Helen." She is also known for her weight, which she claims is not too big and certainly not small. She lost seventy pounds in ten years.

Melissa McCarthy gained her first weight in the second grade, which is when she began to focus on her figure and how she would get the body she desired. At first, Melissa felt like an overweight child who'd been selected for the cliques in her high school, but she didn't like the way she looked. Eventually, she became aware of all the places that selling diet foods, and she decided to join one of them so she could start to lose weight. But she didn't know how to design a good workout plan or what kinds of foods to eat.

She discovered that she really enjoyed working out by using Smith machines. Melissa decided to use the Smith machine in the gym rather than going there with dumbbells and a bar. She found that she enjoyed the resistance of the Smith machine better than any other exercise she tried. She did, however, find that she needed to keep moving if she was going to keep up with her plan to lose weight and she needed to get really concentrated during her workouts if she was going to build muscle.

Melissa did lose weight, though, and it was a great accomplishment. She completed a three-month weight loss journey that consisted of lots of walks, running and dancing. She also did some bodybuilding and even had the guts to sign up for some more extreme forms of bodybuilding like beach body.

When Melissa finished her journey, she felt very happy that she had worked out so hard and even accomplished so much. But, even with the many successes in her quest to lose weight, she still wasn't satisfied. She wanted to do more and was curious about the different ways that she could accomplish more while she kept on doing what she always had done: eat, sleep and repeat. One day, she stumbled upon a website that had been written by Melissa herself and was inspired to find out more about Smith machines and how they could help her with her weight loss journey.

Melissa started reading and soon learned about the Smith machine and how it could help her lose weight. She was so impressed that she ordered a machine immediately, just like she had done with the Gilmore girls' fitness machines. The first machine that Melissa bought was the Atafen weight loss machine but after using it, she decided that she wanted one that could also be used in the bathroom. So, she purchased the Atafen Personal Transporter. Not only was this more convenient, but she found that she could now go to the bathroom while working out.

Now, Melissa has been doing her weight loss journey for over two years now. Her motivation comes from the knowledge that she wants to be healthy, be able to exercise and be able to do all of the things that she used to be able to do. Working out in the bathroom with the Atafen enabled her to lift the weights that she could not do before and as a result, she now is very proud of the way that she looks. She also now weighs more than she did before the Gilmore girls' weight loss surgery. She now has a great figure and is very happy with the new and improved way that she looks.

While her weight loss journey is ongoing, Melissa is also doing her part in keeping America healthy by eating the right foods and doing the exercise that she needs to keep fit. She enjoys being active and has managed to keep off the pounds while enjoying some fun and healthy activities along the way. Her goal now is to learn more about nutrition and what healthy fats and carbohydrates can do for you, whether it be in losing weight or bulking up.
